Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Small, Medium & Large - Australia Post

All items of small size, weighing under 1 kg will be shipped via Australia Post, with a $10.00 shipping rate.

All items of Medium size, weighing between 1kg - 5kg will be shipped via Australia Post, with a $15.00 shipping rate.

All items of Large size, weighing between 5kg - 15kg will be shipped via Australia Post, with a $25.00 Shipping rate.

Oversized and Furniture Items - Courier

Any oversized items (as stated in product description) will be calculated based on weight, size and location. A delivery charge for oversized items may not be added to your order at check-out. We will contact you via phone or email within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) of your purchase with a shipping quote, to be charged in a separate transaction.

We will use the most appropriate transport company to ensure the best possible price to your location.  Please also note that oversized and furniture items will only be available for shipping within Australia (not internationally).

Local Collection

Local Pick Up is available by prior arrangement. We are located in Manly, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Orders can be collected Monday – Friday between 10am – 12pm subject to the availability of Flying Paloma.  Please contact us at info@flyingpaloma.com.au once you have placed an order to confirm collection time. If you nominate to Pick Up your order, it is your responsibility to collect your order.  If you nominate to Pick Up your order, but instead would like your order shipped, it will be your responsibility to cover all shipping costs associated with the order. 

Wrapping & Packaging

All items purchased from Flying Paloma are wrapped in appropriate packing materials to ensure safe arrival of your purchase.  If you require gift wrapping please ensure that you tick the box during checkout.

International Orders

Please be aware that there may be duty or import tax for delivery of items into your country. Please check with your local authorities for any details. We are not responsible for any duties or tax. Please be aware that each country has different import restrictions.

Flying Paloma accepts no responsibility for goods lost once they have left our premises. We cannot offer refunds if this shipping option is selected and your item goes missing.

RETURNS

Flying Paloma does not accept returns for any change of mind claims and will not refund or exchange for this reason. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about the product prior to purchasing it.

If you wish to return an item to Flying Paloma please notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your goods, quoting your full name, shipping address and reason for your request to return the goods. We will only accept the return of a good if it is in its original condition and has its original ticket and packaging in place and proof of purchase/payment receipt can be presented.  Returned items found not in original condition and without original packing, ticketing and proof of purchase/payment receipt in place will be returned to the customer and no refund will be granted.

Please note, all returns must be received by us no later than 14 days after your purchase date if you are an Australian customer and 30 days after your purchase date if you are an international customer. Returns can be sent to:

Once we have received your returned goods we will notify you in writing and advise you of your refund entitlement.  Please note, we are unable to credit the original shipping costs unless the item was found to be faulty or was the wrong item sent.   The cost of returning the item to us will be at the expense of the customer unless the item was found to be faulty or was the wrong item sent.  If the item is found to be faulty or wrong we will require evidence by way of a photo of the product emailed to us before a refund or exchange is arranged.  We put all our efforts into checking every item before despatch and we use high quality packing materials to ensure the safe arrival of your purchased item.

SALE ITEMS- There are NO refunds or exchange on sale items. All sales are final.
